Im not entirely sure why different sources say different times for this court. The traffic ticket says you can pay it earlier but on the window in the front of the courthouse, it says it opens 8:30AM. Not to mention, the phone number is not helpful and the ticket system does not update fast enough, so it's almost as if you are forced to physically come here. People have things to do!
