I happen to like this place. Sure it's mostly Mexicans that are catered to there but I havnt had an issue with that. I happen to really like my Dr Charlene Schultz. Shes very nice, attentive and listens to my needs. I gave 4 stars because they were supposed to get my medical records from the hospital and have yet to do that I've signed 2 release forms for it and here we are a year later and still no x-rays. The nurse gives some kind of shoulder shrug when I ask why.
Worst place ever. I have been taking my son for the 4th time i didnt get attended for 3 hours didnt get seen by the doctor. Other people came in and right away they called them i went for my sons appointment 1pm came out 4:30 with nothing resolved. Changing my sons to another doctor
I know the doctors have numerous patients they see throughout the day, all with different issues, but if the doctors are not there to help they shouldn't be there. Stop taking money from insurance and medicare and not helping the people that need help!
W-A-R-N-I-N-G! Do as I do and avoid this place in the future. They may accidentally amputate your limbs by mistake with poor communication skills.
Edit: I was recently informed by A physician assistant that patients are now put on a 10 minute limit, meaning that you have 10 minutes with the doctor and if your issues aren't addressed you need to make ANOTHER appointment. That means more money from you out of pocket and/or from your insurance company depending on your insurance. Thus sounds like a scam to me and is absolutely deplorable!
If you are not hispanic avoid this clinic. As a black woman, I was mistreated and denied service. My appointment was cancelled, and I was told conflicting information about my insurance from employees. My financial information was yelled out in the clinic, and I left in tears. I do not recommend this place!
Doctors are very dismissive and don't listen to you. I have described my situation to a couple of doctors and PAs there, they told me, "OK, you've lost me," because there was so much information and history, but NEVER asked for clarification before they told me not to worry about it.
PARKING sucks. It is small stacked parking and only one way in or out.
We have to wonder about clinics like this. How do they work? What kind of bedside manners do the nurses have? Can they work efficiently? How do they maintain themselves in business?
As long as people are sick, they will keep coming. I came in today at the request of my employer to have paperwork filled out and instead they made me retake a Mantoux TB exam. The nurse did a very sloppy job; she didn't even place a bandage over the open wound when she was finished. I drove home and now my shirt is ruined with blood.
Horrible. Screwed up appointments, multiple doctors at this location have given me different diagnosis and ALL of them were wrong. Finally went to another doctor and got the correct diagnosis and medication.
