The Ashley furniture store provided a great selection of choices for sofas, loveseat and sectionals at a great price, especially for bargain hunters looking for high quality products with a good deal! Many of the sofas were comfortable, with a good texture, and had a nice neutral color to work with. We got our high quality sofa for more than 50% during their Black Friday sale, and found a sectional to our liking in store.
One heck of a sale going on for Black Friday. Purchased a $700 sofa for $300. Was going to purchase online for $349 but decided to drive short distance to store. Received additional $50 off purchase price by testing a mattress (laying on it and rolling around for a couple of minutes). Delivery scheduled much sooner as opposed to the proposed delivery date if ordered online. Great selection of furniture and salesperson Julia was extremely easy to work with. No pressure and a very pleasant person to speak to.
Worst customer service ever! Worst experience ever! Never in my life will I order from the West Covina store. First delivery attempt they forgot to deliver part of my order. They delivered the incorrect items. They wouldn't return my calls in regards to this matter. Supervisors and managers were involved and still could not get the correct items delivered. They don't communicate with each other. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!
We went to this store on a Sunday morning and was greeted by Raul Martinez. My favorite thing about him is that he is a sales man but he never once pushed us to get something we didn’t absolutely want. He was always there to answer any questions we had. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us a product but like he was giving us knowledge on the product. He is very knowledgeable and has worked here for a long time so I trusted his opinion when it comes to quality. If you go here and I definitely suggest you do. Ask for raul! He works with you and your budget :)
Very nice group of people at this store. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us find the perfect bedroom for my granddaughter. I love that they are not pushy and let you decide on your own. Thank you Ashley staff, you're the best!!
