Horrible. They pressure you and lie. They tried to sneak in a $999 insurance fee without telling you. I had ordered a $6000 princess cut wedding band for my 30 year anniversary & they snuck in $90 to size it. Then when i tried to cancel they hassaled me. Avelina, thestore manager pressured me. I was firm and cancelled and they charged me another $90 to size rings back. $180 down the drain. No rings. Awful place. Don't bother here. Run!!
Also horrible ring qualities! we got my enagagement ring there and i had to take it back 4 different times because the diamonds kept falling out (a total of 7 diamonds) they told us the diamonds around were too small so we picked a different ring within a week a diamond fell off of the new one.

I wanted to make a return within 24 hours of purchase and the older lady ana and her conworker (convicts) said I was unable to make the return. I called the finance company who funded the purchase and they said I would be able to return the item. I walked into the store 3 days later and the sales person told me I had 30 days to return. Every time I would call to request to speak to the manager they would lie and say she had the day off or was on vacation. They intentionally delayed me from speaking to the manager so I would pass my 10 day return period. I finally was able to talk to the manager (12 days later) and I explained the reason why I was returning the item was due to my being laid off of work. Her response to me to was mind boggling and very offensive! She replied telling me what I was saying wasn't true because it was summer and there was plenty of work (she was speaking as if she knew my profession in construction management ) she called over her co worker Ana and asked if I've been trying to make the return and she confirmed! As soon as she acknowledge what I was saying was true she quickly turned back to tell me she can't help me and if I wanted to make the return I should have right away. I explained to her when I was trying to make the return Her employees were the ones telling me to wait (intentionally having me pass the 10 day period) I thought I had an honest sales person with integrity and customer loyalty instead I got low class sales people. Please what ever you do DO NOT SHOP AT DANIELS JEWELERS
Daniels advertised by one get one free. Spoke to Adora over the phone for over 10 min to make sure about the buy one get one free. I told her I wanted the diamond hoop earrings for $2499.95 and I wanted the other pair just like them for my sister. That's when the games begin!!! I was told that I could not get the matching pair free instead I had to get an item that was regular priced however it was false advertising since it was not stated on the flyer. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was at the Santa Anita Mall where I put in a call before just to make sure and when I arrived at the store I could not purchase the earrings and get one free! STAY AWAY FROM DANIELS JEWELER'S!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!
I get a called from collection agency. Telling me I owe Daniel 's Jewelers money. I paid off my count 2014. Be aware . They lie and scans.
Evelina , Ana, Adora are the ones that Represents Daniels JEWELERS in West Covina and SHOULD BE FIRED i will send formal complaints to corporate And filing a report to the Better Business Bureau and Westfield plaza. Stores like this should not be open. Employees like this should not exist in these types of establishments.
