Clean, organized, helpful staff. There was a long line but they moved everyone along quickly so it wasn't unbearable.

I opened a case on July 12th saying that, if they find it, let me know and I will go post office to pick up. The agent said let them search for 3 days. After 6 days still heard nothing, I called back again. The agent said they resolve the case because someone scanned the package. And I was not notified via email or phone call! I said this is wrong because I check the tracking number online it is still not delivered but "alert". And I check mail box on July 17th and the note is still there. The agent said, she did not take care of the process but only report to reopen. (You don't care about the info I give you, why should I what "they scanned the package" means? I don't even know in what status a package should be). Then I called the supervisor who is in charge of this case in email, always hang up immediately.

When they lost a package, they never try to get it back. The deliver man left a note for a signature package on July 3rd when everyone was chill. I took the note to South Hill office twice (July 5th and 10th) and Sonia could not find it. I was annoyed but she said sorry while she did not have to. Then I left my note with signature and put it in mail box. Later at least 3 times, the man saw the note and did nothing just put new mail in it. So I assume they never found the package.

The workers all give you the run around when trying to get a passport. One tells you to come before 230 then the next one tells you to come at 930 is the only way to process your application. Then come to find out they gave you the wrong form so you have to fill out another. At this point your travels are coming up and might not receive it in time, beyond unsatisfied

Continued worst service. Always short handed. Always short on supplies. Supervisors never really working or helping as much as they could. This place has been doing badly for some time. Why cant they turn it over??

They stopped delivering mail because my dogs were out once.

When they are good, you are good. When they are bad to earn 1 star, you need to know how bad the case is.
